Return & Refund Policy – EDM Watches

Welcome to EDM Watches. We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused and unworn.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, missing accessories, or missing packaging.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of wear or use
  • Watches damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@edmwatches.in.
  2. Mention your order number and reason for return.
  3. Attach relevant photos/videos if applicable.
  4. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days after successful inspection.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, EDM Watches will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery according to this policy.
